About Us
About MOTHERLOOM – C.S TEX
MOTHERLOOM – C.S TEX is a saree and textile brand based in Tamil Nadu, founded by Mr. Dhanasekaran Subramani. Our journey began with a broader interest in sarees and textiles, bringing together products across different fabrics, designs, colours, patterns and styles to meet the varied preferences of customers.
As the business developed, Kerala sarees and mundus became an important part of our collections. Their distinctive designs, traditional styles, fabric choices and simple yet recognisable character led us to build a stronger collection around them. Today, Kerala sarees and mundus remain a key part of MOTHERLOOM, alongside our wider range of sarees and textile products.
Our collections are sourced through experienced textile suppliers, weavers and manufacturers, with attention to fabric quality, design, workmanship and finishing. We select products based on what we believe offers customers good quality, variety and value, while also introducing designs that reflect changing customer preferences.
Operating from Tamil Nadu, MOTHERLOOM has developed a strong connection with customers looking for Kerala sarees and mundus while continuing to grow as a broader saree and textile brand. Our aim is to build a reliable collection of products that customers can discover, compare and purchase with confidence.
Our Mission
At MOTHERLOOM – C.S TEX, our mission is to give customers access to sarees and textiles that combine quality, design, variety and value, while making the process of choosing and purchasing them simple and dependable.
We want our customers to find products that genuinely suit their taste, occasion and budget, supported by clear product information, honest presentation and reliable service. We listen to what our customers want, continually improve our collections and work to make every interaction with MOTHERLOOM worthy of their trust.
Our mission is not simply to sell sarees. It is to help customers find sarees they will be happy to choose, wear and return to us for again.
Sarees remain at the heart of MOTHERLOOM. Our collections bring together handloom, traditional, classic and contemporary sarees, selected to suit different tastes, occasions and generations.
We look for products with distinctive designs, good fabrics, thoughtful detailing and a well-finished appearance. Along with established styles, we regularly introduce new colours, patterns, prints and textile varieties based on changing customer preferences.
Our aim is to offer genuine variety while maintaining a clear standard across everything presented under the MOTHERLOOM name.
We source and curate our products through relationships with experienced weavers, manufacturers and trusted textile suppliers. These relationships allow us to explore different fabrics, designs and production methods while giving us access to a wider range of products.
Alongside sourced collections, we also develop and curate products under the MOTHERLOOM name. This gives us greater scope to bring our own ideas and understanding of customer requirements into the products we offer.
Our role is not simply to bring products into a store. We evaluate what we receive, decide what fits our collection and continually refine our range based on quality, design and customer response.
We understand that the quality of a saree is experienced through its fabric, construction, finishing and detailing — not simply through its appearance in a photograph.
For this reason, these aspects are important considerations when we select our products. We pay attention to the fabric, weave or construction, colour, design, finishing and overall presentation before adding products to our collection.
We also recognise the importance of accurate product information and presentation, particularly when customers are shopping online. Our objective is to give customers a clear understanding of what they are choosing and to maintain the standards expected from the MOTHERLOOM name.
A strong textile business depends on the people behind the products. We work with weavers, manufacturers, designers, suppliers and other textile professionals who contribute to bringing each collection to the customer.
We value dependable business relationships and aim to work with partners who share our expectations regarding product quality, consistency and reliability. These relationships help us understand different textiles better and make informed decisions about the products we bring to market.
Our customers have an important influence on the way MOTHERLOOM develops. Their preferences, feedback and expectations help us understand what works and where we need to improve.
Buying a saree online requires confidence in both the product and the business. We therefore focus on clear product information, accurate presentation, responsive service and a straightforward buying experience.
Our goal is to earn that confidence through every interaction and build relationships that continue beyond a single purchase.
MOTHERLOOM – C.S TEX operates from Tamil Nadu and has developed a strong connection with customers in Kerala. This has given us a valuable understanding of the textile preferences and saree traditions that are important to our customers.
At the same time, our vision extends beyond a single region. We are building MOTHERLOOM with the intention of serving customers across India and developing the brand into a recognised name in the saree and textile industry.
MOTHERLOOM – C.S TEX is being built with a long-term perspective. We intend to continue expanding our collections, introduce more products developed under the MOTHERLOOM name and strengthen the relationships that support our business.
We are also investing in improving the way customers discover, understand and purchase our products, particularly through our digital presence.
Our ambition is to build a respected saree and textile brand through good products, thoughtful collections, consistent standards, reliable service and, above all, customer trust.
Rooted in Tamil Nadu. Built around quality. Driven by our customers.
